Leaked Future Technology of Nikon V1 and J1
Nikon V1 and J1 is the first series range of cameras from Nikon mirroless who managed to steal the attention of photo enthusiasts.
Tetsuya Yamamoto as the General Manager of Nikon’s Development Headquarters said that among those who buy these cameras are those who actually want a DSLR but do not want to be bothered by a large and heavy items.
Well, seeing that success, what is interesting about the new capabilities that will be crammed Nikon on the newest products later. Answering the interview from the site Dpreview, Tetsuya was giving a little glimpse of the future Nikon 1 as quoted on Thursday (02/02/2012):
- The sensor is capable of recording video 2K/4K
Yamamoto said that the Motion Snapshot feature in Nikon one will be repaired and this will be good news for the videographer. Because, with this improvement likely Nikon will be able to record a video with 2K resolution (2048x1080px) up to 4K. In addition to video recording capability with higher quality, the Nikon lens also schedules repairs and systems ‘Hybrid’ of his AF. - AF Manual Controls, NEF conversion and filters in camera
Nikon still makes AFnya system operated automatically in series 1. But in the future it is possible to control AF can be done manually. It’s just that it seems he will only be applied in V1 camera. Yamamoto also leaked the plan to cram conversion capabilities NEF (RAW format files) and the addition of effects, both placed in the camera. - Auto ISO which can be customized
J1 and V1 has a weakness in the automatic ISO system in which the system is still causing image blur in low-light conditions. Recognized by Yamamoto that it was aware of the issue. For that Nikon would seek a customizable Auto ISO.
Nikon Series 1 is camera mirror-less released by Nikon in response to enthusiastic consumers in this category. Both have specs that are not much different.[]
