Apple Wants to Ban The Sale of Galaxy Nexus

CALIFORNIA – Apple patent dispute and Samsung apparently still far from complete. Now Apple has filed a law suit, to prevent Samsung introduced a new product from the Galaxy in the U.S. market.
This time the company founded by the late Steve Jobs, targeting the Galaxy Nexus, which is one of the first handset powered by Google’s latest mobile platform, Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS).
Apple claims that the South Korean technology giant had violated four additional patents, including the technology behind Siri, which is a virtual assistant company that deployed on the iPhone 4S when it was released in October last year.
“Samsung has been systematically copying Apple’s innovative technology, products, features and designs that have flooded the market with a device that violates an attempt to grab market share from Apple,” according to court documents, as reported by IB Times, Monday (13/2/2012 ).
“Apple filed this lawsuit to put an end to ongoing violations of Samsung,” the technology giant said in its complaint, as reported by Bloomberg.
Legal battle between Apple and Samsung, which is being waged on a number of courts around the world, an act of competition both companies to dominate the world smartphone market.
