Users of Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 should swallow disappointments. A new feature of Facebook is still warm, Timeline, it can not be enjoyed from the browser they use.
Facebook decides not to give his support for IE7 Timeline. So when the user IE7 visit his Facebook profile page, he even referred to switch to the old design, instead of getting a chance to taste the design version of the Timeline.
I wonder what the reason Facebook does not provide such support. When answering questions on this matter at its Help Center page, Facebook does not describe the reason, but instead recommends users to use browsers other than IE7.
Disharmony Facebook-Microsoft also occurred in August 2010. At that time, Facebook announced plans to end support Facebook Chat on IE6.
Quoted from Sociable, Monday (01/02/2012), it was likely Facebook will completely end its support in a browser that is 5 years old. Heavy blow to Microsoft after Google has also attracted the support in IE7 for their popular services like Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Docs.
IE7′s market share globally is undergoing a decline. Microsoft’s browser share is only able to reach about 4%, only 2.2% more on top of IE6.[/private]
